Uplift is a Romanian non-profit supporting communities through education, entrepreneurship, and sustainability — in that order.
We believe change starts with learning, grows through building, and lasts when it becomes sustainable. Our programmes are practical by design: courses people can apply immediately, a community built around mentoring and long-term support, and events that connect ideas to action.
We focus on real people, real skills, and real outcomes. We work with communities that want to grow — and we help them build the tools, knowledge, and confidence to do it.
